A lightweight tabbed web browser for Windows, built on WebView2 - dark mode, find in page, quick tab switcher, and a session that comes back as you left it. Portable: no installer, nothing written to the registry, and it updates itself in place.

Download for Windows (portable .zip)
  1. Extract the zip anywhere.
  2. Run SalleBrowser.exe.
  3. Requires the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (most Windows machines already have it) and the WebView2 Runtime (pre-installed on Windows 10/11).

Unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run - click "More info" -> "Run anyway". Every run after that updates silently in the background.
